Creole Spicy Fish Fry

3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal
Creole Spices to taste (about 1/2 cup is what we use)
1 egg
1 cup milk

Beat together 1 egg and 1 cup milk.

Mix all three dry ingredients - that's your Fish Fry

Dip fish in egg/milk wash with your right hand, called the 'wet' hand.
Then dip fish in Fish Fry with your left hand, called the 'dry' hand.
Then fry in a skillet or in a fryer with Tophé Rice Bran Oil
