Salt
Pepper
Milk
Maison

Make a wash of Maison

and milk.
Drench meat (small pieces) or okra in wash, and coat
with corn meal mixed with Maison
Louisianne Creole Spices,
salt, and pepper to taste.
Deep fry in rice bran oil.
